The Thundercats is an iconic classic cartoon of the 1980s and was among many franchises with action figures and tons of branded goodies kids could get back in the day. I used to watch Thundercats every day when I came home from school, along with other iconic cartoons like "Masters of the Universe" and "MASK." This logo was the first time I didn't paint reflected patterns on the main emblem but hand airbrushed the chrome lion logo, implementing structures that weren't originally in place in the original logo. Just over 10 hours were spent on this piece's completion. Using my vivid Synthwave color palette and elements of retro design brings this piece out of the '80s and into the modern day with swagger.
